Come and join us in the region’s first plough to bottle distillery and learn step by step how we turn our amazing potatoes into award winning spirits. Your one & a half hour tour includes:

Welcome Stafford’s Cornish Dry G&T. (Drivers may enjoy a soft drink).
Step by step tour through our unique working distillery. You will learn how we prepare the mash, distil (numerous times!), rectify gin and hand bottle our spirits. You can taste/smell/touch our potato wine, low wines, amazing Cornish base spirit and botanicals. We will show you what makes us unique to 99.9% of distilleries throughout the world and took 8 years to achieve!
Tutored Tasting in our up-cycled bar. We will take you on a journey through our 3 x vodkas (one of which won a Silver in Best Vodka in the World) and 3 x gins. Complimentary mixers provided. (Drivers can take a 5cl bottle from our shop in lieu of samples).
£5 discount in our distillery shop after your tour on purchases over £30. (Only one £5 discount can be applied per single transaction).

Colwith Farm Distillery

Colwith Farm Distillery is Cornwall’s first and only ‘plough to bottle’ gin and vodka distillery. Come and see how, we transform the potatoes grown on our fifth generation family farm into award winning vodka and gin – then sample the produce straight from the source! Whereas most craft distilleries buy-in mass produced ethanol, at Colwith Farm Distillery, everything is delicately produced from scratch on one single estate. Even the water used in the production process rises from an aquifer situated beneath the distillery. It is much more challenging, time consuming and costly to produce spirits this way – but we truly believe it’s worth it. We offer guided distillery tours and tastings, a gin masterclass and bespoke events. We also have a beautiful, upcycled tasting bar overlooking the picturesque countryside and a shop where you can enjoy free samples!
