World renowned and award winning Chef Rick Stein owns a stunning cookery school in Padstow, Cornwall and you are invited to join his high quality chefs for a one day seafood cookery course. Rick Stein has many cookery books and televised cookery series’ under his belt, he’s also cooked for the Queen and Prince Philip, so you can be sure that this course will offer expert tuition from a team of his leading chefs. You’ll be situated in a breath-taking location with views of the harbour and the estuary –a perfect place to learn how to cook seafood.
All of our one-day courses at Rick Stein’s Cookery School consist of four ‘practical’ sessions, where you’ll be cooking, hands-on, guided by our chefs. At lunchtime, students sit down at the long refectory table overlooking the estuary to enjoy the fruits of their labour, accompanied by a glass of good wine or two. In the afternoon there will be a further demonstration when you will be shown more recipes and techniques.
We have 23 different one-day cookery courses to choose from including original fish and shellfish, Asian seafood and Spanish cookery and more.

The Seafood Restaurant, Padstow
Course runs from 09.00 to 16.00 and you are asked to arrive at 08.45 for registration. Allow approximately 7 hours 30 minutes for the whole experience.
Please note that this experience is taught by experienced Chefs who have all been trained at the Rick Stein Cookery School. Rick Stein will not be present during the experience.
